"There was a problem with my address and…"
There was a problem with my address and it was mistaken from Royal Mail, so my parcel was sent back to Italy. I contacted the customer service and they resent my parcel back to me. It arrived quickly and with a unexpected gift inside, including a note which moved me so much… it was just amazing and a beautiful moment of joy. So appreciate it and so grateful for this great, friendly service. Highly recommend it.
